“ Came here to celebrate my Gmas 99th bday! We actually come here often, since she LOVES this restaurant!! They were very accommodating, allowed me to decorate the table and to bring a cake! They have a wide range of different international options. We ordered 3 apps, the Jordanian hummus (hummus with seasoned beef on it), meatballs and coconut shrimp! I really liked the hummus and the shrimp. I got the garlic Parmesan salmon, which had a really big portion of salmon and was good! My bf tried their pizza, and requested it to be thin and crispy, which it was and he liked it! Service was great and the staff were very sweet, they got the whole restaurant to sing HBD to my gma!! And they were kind enough to cut the cake and serve us, and then let us stay way too long as we celebrated. They also gave us a really yummy freebie HBD dessert , a decadent pistachio pudding with baklava that was delish! ”
“ My friends treated me to a belated birthday dinner at this lovely restaurant. The place was spacious, with colorful decor, and wood accents. There was a cozy feel to the spot. The menu was extensive, with mostly Greek dishes, along with influences from other cuisines. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Salmon in caper sauce, with sides of saffron rice and veggies. The Salmon was cooked to perfection, and was wonderfully tender. The sauce was a bit salty for me, and could have used more garlic. There also wasn't enough cheese. Saffron rice was fluffy and well seasoned. Veggies included zucchini, carrots, and broccoli, which were soft and fresh. Service was not the best when we were first waiting for a seat, but got better after we were seated. Prices were reasonable. I'm not sure I would rush to return, but we had a nice time dining here. ”
“ We just got to Monterey and were looking for a place to eat dinner on December 24th! This place was open and had space for us! The food was amazing! The service was fast and so nice! Thanks for our Christmas Eve dinner ”
“ We have been passing by this restaurant for years and finally decided to try it. It is upscale casual dining. The ambiance is very nice and it was quiet on our visit. The menu posted outside is more extensive than what is shown on Yelp and what you receive when seated. We are unsure if you can order off of the extended menu. However, you may be able to as bottomless mimosas are listed outside and we were able to order that for $20. Couldn't get our moneys worth on that, but tried--hicup! ;) We got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes (not served with the standard pasta). Both were excellent. The stroganoff had 4 pieces of beef that were like mom's pot roast and were super tender so that you could eat them with the mashed potato spoon. The stroganoff portion may be small for big eaters, but the Alfredo portion was good. There is a Yelp check in deal for a free garlic bread that is like a pizza. It was very good, don't miss out. Our server told us that they have been there for 27 years. Business was slow on our visit. They are a little expensive but comparable and/or a little cheaper for the touristy area. Give them a shot and keep them in business. ”
“ As often as we visit Monterey and Pacific Grove, I can't believe I haven't tried International Cuisine. The name says it all, offering a wide variety of dishes. I ordered the gyro plate which came with rice and a Greek salad. Hubby had the calamari steak which came with rice and steamed vegetables. We both enjoyed our meals. Also had a bottle of house Pinot noir for $19. For dessert, a most delicious pistachio pudding which was more like a mousse. The food came out very quickly, maybe only 5 minutes after our order was placed. Will definitely go back to try more items on the menu. ”
“ Transparency before review: We got 2 plates and one water and one soda and our bill was $58. The food was delicious. My husband got chicken Alfredo and I got the chicken shawarma. I wish my plate had more of the sauce but other than that it was very well seasoned. So tasty. The service could've been a bit better but it got busy shortly after we were seated. The ambiance was very inviting, but please take note that the seats are not comfy! Both our seats had like zero cushion but again the food was good so we will be back. ”
“ For Dinner (and to end our day trip in Monterey), we decided to eat some Mediterrean food. We had a party of six and lucked out that a party of six just left and so we got seated with little to no time. It took us awhile to choose what to eat as there was so much food! Our party ended up ordering: - Chicken Shawarma Wrap - The Big Fat Greek Gyros - Peruvian Seafood Paella - Pasta Bolognese My partner and I shared the Peruvian Seafood Paella and it was good! I loved the mussels, my partner did not (never was a fan). But he did love the fish that was mixed in it. It is a heavy dish so I couldn't eat much in one seating. We also came to an agreement that the shrimp was a little overcook which was tough to chew. P.S. Check in if you plan on visiting this place! It gives you a free place of Garlic Pesto Bread! ”
“ It's been years since I've been here. The first time was a good experience. This time was even better because we were indoors and the service was great. The food portions are still huge. Decent in quality and taste. I like that they really many options to choose from pizza to pasta, Mediterranean and American. We were all satisfied. We ordered: All American Burger - This burger is bigger than your face! It said it came with cheddar but it was actually American. Child's Burger - Same size as a regular burger without the veggies. Clam Chowder - I thought it was good. Creamy with great flavor. Fish and Chips - nice piece of breaded fish. Not greasy. Perfectly crispy. Gyro Salad - huge! Lots of meat. Wish it had more salad. Vegetarian Combination Platter - beautiful plate of falafel, hummus and other Mediterranean bites. Ambience was welcoming. Big tables to hold all the big dishes they serve. ”
